Weight loss these days is tougher than it used to be -you may have already found that out.  I've been in the health and fitness industry for over 17 years now as a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Metabolic Specialist and there's a lot that goes into losing weight, especially these days with our bodies getting bombarded with toxins.  There's a lot that needs to be addressed, that's why a short 'quick fix program' or 'cleanse' will not work for lasting results.

After seeing this, it's no wonder why year after year, you find yourself setting the same weight goals and then not reaching them right?  It's beyond frustrating.  And to make things worse, if you're like me, you probably beat yourself up and carry shame around because you've tried so many diets and programs and still aren't where you want to be.  It's not your fault.  You've wound up in the vicious cycle, which is a $50 billion/year industry in the U.S.  And repeat customers will keep another $50 billion coming in each year.  Not for long, I'm on a mission to change this.

You may find it hard to believe but I yo-yo dieted for over 10 years and was either feeling great when I was at my goal weight or hiding out, feeling extremely self- conscious and planning the next diet I wanted to start.

I tried every diet out there.  The no carb, no fat, South Beach, cabbage soup diet.  My go-to was always cut my calories to get to my goal weight, and then, yep, you guessed it, I'd gain it back every time.  I'd even end up a couple pounds heavier than when I started.  


After years of research and studying from the leading doctors and scientists in the world, (and spending tens of thousands of dollars in the process) I finally found out what it takes to see lasting weight loss.
